Services
I offer individual therapy for children, teens, and young adults, in a space that’s empowering, welcoming, and tailored to each age and stage.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, body image, and self-esteem concerns.
My approach to therapy is friendly, relatable, and grounded. I aim to create a space where you feel seen and supported without pressure or pretense. You won’t find a cold, clinical vibe here—just honest conversations, genuine connection, and a therapist who shows up as a real person.
Young Adults
You can expect a warm, welcoming space where you’re free to show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll look at the stories you carry, the beliefs that shape how you see yourself, and the ways your past may still be showing up in the present. We’ll also work on practical strategies to help you manage stress, emotions, and self-doubt in everyday life.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns that might be keeping you stuck—not to judge them, but to understand them. Often, these patterns were once ways you coped or protected yourself. By gaining insight into them, you can start to respond in new ways that feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to move through the world.
Throughout our work, I’ll help you recognize your strengths and build resilience. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about supporting you as you reconnect with your values, your voice, and your capacity to handle life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence.
Every client is an individual, so my approach is individualized to your needs. I often draw upon evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Reality Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Kids & Teens
For younger children, I use play therapy—because play is how kids naturally express themselves. Through toys, art, and imaginative play, they can safely explore emotions and experiences that might be hard to put into words.
Through play, your child can learn to better understand and express their emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence. It also supports emotional regulation and improves their ability to connect with others—at home, at school, and with peers. Most importantly, play therapy gives your child a space to feel seen, heard, and supported just as they are.
With teens, therapy may look more like a conversation, but creativity and flexibility still play a big role. No matter the age, I focus on building trust and creating a space where your child feels heard and respected—without pressure to open up before they’re ready. Whether we’re talking through anxiety, identity, friendships, or big life transitions, I meet them where they are with curiosity, empathy, and zero judgment.
Along the way, I sprinkle in evidence-based methods to support emotional regulation, healthy coping, and self-understanding in ways that feel natural and age-appropriate.
