“Recovery can take place only within the context of relationships; it cannot occur in isolation.”

Mental Health Therapy for Kids, Teens, & Young Adults
You might be here because something feels off with your child. Maybe they’ve become more irritable, withdrawn, or easily overwhelmed. You’ve noticed big emotions, changes at school, or struggles with friends, sleep, or routines. Whatever the reason, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Being a teen can feel overwhelming. You might be stressed about school, friendships, or fitting in, or feeling anxious, sad, or frustrated more than usual. Big emotions, trouble sleeping or focusing, conflicts at home, or pressure to make the ‘right’ choices can feel exhausting. You are looking for a safe space to talk, be heard, and learn ways to cope without judgment.
Young Adults
Something doesn’t feel right—even if it’s hard to explain. Maybe you’re anxious, feeling down, or carrying pain from the past that still affects your relationships and self-esteem. If you’re feeling stuck or tired of managing it all alone, therapy offers space to sort through it with support, not judgment.
I work with children, teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. Whether you are an adult or a parent of a young one, you don’t have to have it all figured it out before you begin. It’s courageous to consider this kind of support, and the fact that you’re here shows you’re ready for something to shift.
